Step 1: Check your eligibility

You have retired from service after attaining the age of 58 years.

You have left service due to ill health, contraction or discontinuation of employer's business, or any other cause beyond your control.
You have completed at least five years of continuous service in the same or different establishments.
Step 2: Activate your UAN and update your details
To apply for PF withdrawal online, you need to have an active Universal Account Number (UAN) and a registered mobile number. You also need to update your Aadhaar number, bank account details, and PAN (if applicable) on the UAN portal. You can do this by logging in to https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ with your UAN and password. You can also verify your details by using the e-KYC facility on the portal.
Step 3: Download and fill the Pf Withdrawal Form 19 And 10c.pdf
Once you have updated your details on the UAN portal, you can download the Pf Withdrawal Form 19 And 10c.pdf from https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/Downloads.php?id=sm8_index#Claim%20Form. You need to fill both forms if you want to withdraw both your PF and pension contributions. You need to fill only Form 19 if you want to withdraw only your PF contributions. Your name, father's name or husband's name, date of birth, mobile number, UAN, PF account number, date of joining and leaving service, reason of leaving service, full postal address, PAN, and mode of payment.

Step 4: Submit the form to your employer or EPF office
After filling and signing the form, you need to submit it to your employer or directly to the EPF office where your PF account is maintained.
