How to Download and Fill Pf Withdrawal Form 19 And 10c.pdf
If you are an employee who has contributed to the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme, you may be eligible to withdraw your provident fund (PF) balance under certain conditions. Step 1: Check your eligibility
Before you apply for PF withdrawal, you need to check if you meet the eligibility criteria. You can withdraw your PF balance only if:
You have retired from service after attaining the age of 58 years.
You have left service before attaining the age of 58 years and have remained unemployed for more than two months.
You have left service due to ill health, contraction or discontinuation of employer's business, or any other cause beyond your control.
You have completed at least five years of continuous service in the same or different establishments.
Step 2: Activate your UAN and update your details
To apply for PF withdrawal online, you need to have an active Universal Account Number (UAN) and a registered mobile number. You also need to update your Aadhaar number, bank account details, and PAN (if applicable) on the UAN portal. You can do this by logging in to https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ with your UAN and password. You can also verify your details by using the e-KYC facility on the portal.
Step 3: Download and fill the Pf Withdrawal Form 19 And 10c.pdf
Once you have updated your details on the UAN portal, you can download the Pf Withdrawal Form 19 And 10c.pdf from https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/Downloads.php?id=sm8_index#Claim%20Form. You need to fill both forms if you want to withdraw both your PF and pension contributions. You need to fill only Form 19 if you want to withdraw only your PF contributions. You need to fill only Form 10C if you want to withdraw only your pension contributions.
The Pf Withdrawal Form 19 And 10c.pdf contains the following fields that you need to fill:
Your name, father's name or husband's name, date of birth, mobile number, UAN, PF account number, date of joining and leaving service, reason of leaving service, full postal address, PAN, and mode of payment.
A declaration that you have verified your details on the UAN portal and that they are correct.
A request to make payment in the bank account mentioned on the UAN portal.
Your signature and date.
You also need to attach a cancelled cheque (containing your name, bank account number and IFSC code) with the form. If you have completed less than five years of service, you also need to enclose two copies of Form 15G or 15H (if applicable) to avoid tax deduction at source (TDS).
Step 4: Submit the form to your employer or EPF office
After filling and signing the form, you need to submit it to your employer or directly to the EPF office where your PF account is maintained. You can find the address of your EPF office by using the Know Your Claim Status facility on the EPF India website. You can also track the status of your claim by using the same facility.
Step 5: Receive your PF amount in your bank account
